Elisha believes that entrepreneurs have the ability (hence responsibility) to make the world a better place, and a way to do that is through technology. She helps developers build local tech communities to make the world a more open and connected place. By night & weekends, she's the founder of TechLadies, a community-led initiative for women in Asia to connect, learn, and advance as programmers in the tech industry. Since Jan 2016, they've taught 177 ladies how to code in Singapore and Malaysia with 5 ladies getting employed in engineering roles.
Elisha has been featured on multiple newspapers & media sites, mentored at Startup Weekends (San Francisco & Penang), and spoke at Slush Singapore and Techsauce Summit, amongst others.
