Daniel is a global strategic HR partner and leader with over 10 years of business development and consulting experience and over 12 years of executive-team level HR leadership across APAC, EMEA as well as Latin and North America.
After a career in executive search and HR consulting across APAC and in NY, Daniel focused on HR leadership roles in top global brands with demanding talent pools and fast-paced cultures, including Morgan Stanley, Apple and Uber.
During his regional and global People leadership roles with Apple in Japan, Australia and Cupertino, Daniel developed a deep understanding of how toptier technology organizations maintain a strong culture during high growth and across expanding geographies. As Head of People for Uber's ultra-high growth APAC operation, Daniel was able to drive both tactical infrastructure growth to hire and onboard over 2,000 staff in 18 months, as well as strategic talent initiatives to identify and retain top performing talent.
Daniel is now a People advisor to series A and B ventures, helping them to structure themselves for rapid, sustainable growth.
